Paula Shalders

Specialist in Institutional Governance

Paula has a degree in Administration and a master’s degree in Management from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, and a specialization in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI). She also has postgraduate degrees in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation and in Agile Project Management from XP Educação. She worked in the multinational companies PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Essilor, LLX Logística, Profarma and the Brazilian Olympic Committee. At the latter, she implemented a program of management, ethics and transparency in the 33 Brazilian sports confederations.
