Silvana is a senior HR executive with significant experience in companies from different segments and complexities, including industry, retail, sports confederations and startups. She has enhanced actions in the construction, reformulation and creation of the people area and its subsystems with a focus on happiness, performance and human development. She has almost 20 years of experience in HR, with just over 10 years of experience in strategic leadership positions, mainly focused on talent management, diversity and inclusion, talent attraction and recruitment, project management and the strengthening of culture. In her experiences as a leader in the HR area, she has managed all the subsystems, reformulated or created the employee experience, the area of learning and development, remuneration, well-being, talent management and performance management. Her profile is focused on results, always aligning the strategic objectives of the organization to people management. Silvana has worked as a business partner and has been successful in the building of relationships on the most diverse levels, operating as an agent for the common good.

Silvana has a degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in HR and a master’s degree in people management. She has also trained as a behavioral analyst and with integrated systemic coaching. She is a born communicator and her passion and motivation are the subjects of diversity and inclusion, on which she has been working in related projects: lecturing, creating actions or mediating on the subject in companies. In 2022, she is a finalist for the Ser Humano [Human Being] award by ABRH with the theme related to racial diversity.
