Kelly has a degree in Business Administration from the Veiga de Almeida University and an MBA in Financial Management and Corporate Strategy from the Estácio de Sá University. She has worked in the financial area for 18 years with a diversified profile, experience in the implementation and management of zero-based budgeting (ZBB) packages, the calculation of income statements, the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Kelly has experience in the control and improvement of processes and projects, negotiations, financial planning and budget management. She has expertise in the use of performance indicators, financial statements and economic and financial viability. At iCS, she is working as a controllership analyst supporting the coordination of operations and finances.
