Christian Basilio Oliveira has a degree in Public Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He has worked for more than 4 years in social projects and consulting and has extensive experience with Data Science, Business Intelligence, Political and Public Analysis and Georeferencing, in the public, private and third sector.

He has actively participated in social movements that seek the promotion of more accessible public policies in favelas and peripheral areas. At iCS, his work involves the evaluation and analysis of data together with the coordination of the planning, evaluation and learning area.
