Katiane has a postgraduate degree in Project Management for the Third Sector, and a specialist qualification in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a master’s degree in Social Development and Culture from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF). She has worked in the third sector since 2010, with experience in the management, evaluation and monitoring of projects in government bodies, international entities and civil society organizations. She was a consultant in the management of social organizations and has an international PMD Pro certification in the Management of Social Projects from the certification agency APMG.
