Planning, Evaluation and Learning Manager

Martina is an advisor, researcher and facilitator. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Experimental Psychology: Behavior Analysis, both from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). She is a specialist in the evaluation of social projects, organizational development and in the investigation of topics related to the role of knowledge in social transformation and in the promotion of democracy. She specialized in evaluation and has worked for over 20 years in various organizations in the social field, with processes of planning, evaluation and learning. From 2008 to 2016, she also coordinated the Evaluation Project, conducting studies, research and training in the area. She was associated with the Fonte Institute from 2007 to 2018, having been on the board of directors for four years. She was also a member of the board (2015 and 2018) and is associated with the Brazilian Network for Monitoring and Evaluation.
