Warley is the director of R & R Audit and Consulting and Value Management Business. He has a Master degree in Accounting and Controllership from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). As a university professor in undergraduate and postgraduate courses (UFMG, PUC Minas, Milton Campos, Batista College, among others), he also has experience in multinational companies in accounting. He works in the areas of financial management, valuation and auditing. He ministers seminars for Philanthropy Magazine focusing on accounting for the Third Sector.
