She has a degree in Political Science from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) and is part of the Feminist Action for Climate Justice Action Coalition of UN Women as a youth leader. She has already worked as a volunteer in the #tmjUNICEF program of UNICEF Brazil, as a CNPQ researcher during her degree course, in addition to having had a short spell as a government trainee at the Ministry of the Economy. During her time in the third sector, she has worked in the area of policy and governance helping to strengthen the international network of mayors in favor of artisanal fishery and in the organization of thematic panels at the national and international level.
