Fabiana has a degree in International Relations from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), where she analyzed social inequality in Asian countries.

She began working in the third sector through her experience at NOSSAS. This is an organization focused on the promotion of social and urban activism, where she acquired experience in fundraising and in the operational sector of NGOs. At iCS, she is a Programmatic Administrative Analyst.
