Guillaume has a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Toulouse, in France. He was a consultant in the dairy sector, offering technical expertise and support in the strategic planning for sustainability initiatives. He subsequently became the National Secretary of the Brazilian Committee in the International Dairy Federation, facilitating intersectoral dialogues in order to promote sustainable practices. His dedication to sustainability has led him to work as global soy leader at WWF-Brazil, arguing in favor of deforestation-free supply chains. Through the engagement with stakeholders and the strategic application of advocacy, he has contributed to the advance of sustainable practices in the sectors of agricultural commodities.
