Marcela has a degree in Environmental Engineering from Fluminense Federal Institute (IFF) and a technical specialization in Workplace Safety, with 12 years of consolidated experience in the areas of safety, the environment and sustainability.

Throughout her career, she has developed an expertise in the implementation and management of sustainability programs, focused on the reduction of CO2 emissions and corporate decarbonization. She has played a fundamental role in raising the awareness of employees, promoting an organizational culture aligned with sustainable principles.

Furthermore, she has extensive work experience in the area of workplace safety, applying and monitoring strategic tools, providing specialized training courses and developing dashboards for the analysis of the performance and data in the area. She is a Project Analyst at iCS.
