Raphael Díaz has a degree in Administration from the Centro Universitário da Cidade and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management and Marketing from UCAM – Universidade Cândido Mendes. Additionally, he is also a certified professional in Project Management by the PMI – the Project Management Institute and in Corporate Investigations by the ACFE – the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He was employed by the Big Four and has approximately 15 years of experience in governance, risks and compliance, including, but not limited to: i) integrity programs, ii) internal audits and complex investigations, in Brazil and abroad.
