Tainá obtained a degree in Social Communication 11 years ago, specializing in Publicity and Advertising. She began her career in the third sector in the training and capacity-building of young people. For 10 years, she assisted in the management area of the Organization, with the result of contributing to the training in the audiovisual area, a creative industry involving more than 1,000 young people. She currently specializes in the area of ​​Social Responsibility and the Third Sector, at the Institute of Economics of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has experience in the area of ​​grant management and partnerships. At iCS, she is a Grant Management Analyst.
