Izabour has more than 10 years of experience working in personnel departments and human resources (generalist) and their subsystems She has extensive knowledge of the routines of people management, R&S, performance management, HOD projects, the planning and promotion of organizational culture and climate, internal communication, positions, salaries and benefits, among others. She has a degree in Human Resources Management and an MBA in Labor Legislation. She has worked in companies from different segments in tactical positions in both PD and HR procedures. She is professionally motivated by challenges and enjoys making a difference in people’s lives. At iCS, she is a people and culture analyst.
