Silvia has a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and in Systems Analysis from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). In 2015, she obtained the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP) international certification. Silvia has worked in IT at large telecom companies and in consulting for 20 years and has been responsible for the specification of new systems and project management.
